It’s June but there are no crickets chirping. The air has turned into tulle and swallows veil themselves in pink and gray. The ground opens greedy under our feet as we run, we stumble into her hunger for moons and craters, for dirt. It’s swollen and clods like balloons creak in the dense dusk and fill the clouds. We spoon them in our soles, the rain forks them. We’re cols of paper, flushes of spilt milk and our lines disappear as the water keeps overwriting. We’re bronchi, fleshy and bloody and white with

                                             Churned clouds and vertebrae of gales meander over

Typography Brilliance
A collection of outstanding typography pieces, which are t

You smoke your cigarette
from the philter side
and you burn your lips
as you turn it around.

You drag pencils
down your carpet
to avoid the tempting nature
of their sharpness.

You switched
from razors
to an electric shaver.

And you’re no longer
irritated by grey landscapes.

You write love poetry
about the guardian angel
of the last prostitute
you said a word to
before you left.

You wrap your palms
around soap bubbles,
protecting them
in a warm cocoon

And you jump
from the skies
where your asylum girl
taught you to fly.
You jump quietly
like grey dust,
like a talc meteor.

You’ve climbe

  ”Let me go?” He pulled away shaking His head and laughing. ”No, my dear, not until your steaming flesh is smeared on this floor. I’ve been craving to have you for ages – your young body, your spirit and energy, your fire. Ages, human.”

  Danna began crying again as white light flashed through every gap in the stone walls brighter than before and the desperate ”No, no, please, don’t! No! Stop! Oh, God!” mixed with demonic laughter deafened her weeping.

A pastoral ode to life...  It was May and the first mosquitoes tootled in my head still somewhat daubed with winter coal smoke.
 No one was there and I remembered the early mornings when white clouds like an angora rollicked with a red clew over the hills. My father drove our red Opel in silence.

Constructive Comment Corner




We are aware that to all of us aspiring artists the most valuable thing (besides exposure ;)) is feedback. It helps us grow, perfect our art and find our artistic path through the insight of others.
We also understand that not everyone has the time to give lengthy critiques so here is what we present to you:
#Digiversity officially invites you to take part in this give-and-take activity, in which you leave a constructive comment on another fellow deviant's work and they return you the favour. You can submit pieces you want feedback on via note to me (*drop-asd) and I will add them to a special folder in the gallery, which you can browse to find work you want to comment on. You may only submit one work at a time, though, i.e. don't submit another one until you've received and returned a comment, or ultimately until after five days from the submission. Only digital text art accepted for the time being.
